This role is for a senior-level data scientist with direct U.S. health plan experience who can lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives that deliver measurable business value ($1M+ impact) while improving health outcomes
Must-Haves
Direct experience working within a health plan / payer
Advanced analytics and machine learning leadership experience
Expert-level Python or R and advanced SQL
Strong background in predictive modeling, ML, and AI
Experience with healthcare data, including claims and longitudinal datasets
Ability to clearly communicate complex insights to business and executive audiences
A Plus
Prior consulting experience
Cloud and big data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, DataRobot)
Experience with EHR/EMR, SDOH, and consumer data
This is a high-impact, fully remote contract focused on turning complex data into actionable insights that drive real results
Qualification
Required
