Responsibilities
Develop technical skills while contributing to luxury residential projects from concept through installation
Produce precise AutoCAD drawings that bring custom designs to life
Create detailed construction documents including space plans, custom cabinetry and millwork drawings, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and specifications
Collaborate with the design team on all phases of projects—helping with design development, selecting furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and ensuring every detail aligns with clients' visions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD—this is essential. You should be comfortable creating detailed construction drawings, space plans, custom cabinetry and millwork drawings, reflected ceiling plans, and elevations
Solid understanding of space planning and interior design principles to create functional, beautiful layouts
Knowledge of construction documentation to produce accurate, builder-ready drawings
Experience with FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification
Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in all technical work
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our design team, clients, vendors, and contractors
Interior design: 2 years (Required)
AutoCAD: 3 years (Required)
Language: English (Required)
Preferred
Knowledge of design software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, rendering programs, or similar tools is strongly preferred
Prior internship or professional experience in interior design is preferred
Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
