Accurately process and apply customer payments, including lockbox transactions
Process offsets and remittances submitted by internal teams
Maintain daily cash application and transaction logs
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Understand and follow established internal controls and procedures
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Quick and accurate data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
