Responsibilities
Complex scheduling of candidates and new business/client meetings
Database and client management
Preparing contracts and invoices
Creating new business presentations using PowerPoint
Travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
Handle heavy phone coverage
Maintain records for highly confidential searches, edit bios, status documents, run reports and input/update data in applicant tracking database
Be willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done!
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree
5+ years of prior support experience in executive search, financial services or professional services required
Must have senior level support experience
Strong MS Office Skills including: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Must be comfortable with new software and technology, including some experience with a CRM, preferable an ATS
Strong written and verbal communication required
Must be highly discreet and have a high attention to detail
Must have proven track record in a fast paced environment
