Responsibilities
Provide high-quality critical care nursing in a small ICU setting with low nurse-to-patient ratios
Collaborate with Tele-ICU intensivist consultants for patient management
Serve as relief charge nurse as required
Maintain comprehensive documentation in the EPIC system
Adhere to facility protocols and patient safety standards while working independently
Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
Active registered nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1+ years RN experience
Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience outside orientation
ACLS certification
BLS certification
NIH certification
Willingness to work every other weekend
Ability to work autonomously with critical care patients
Flexibility to float within the scope of practice to Medical Cardiology or Med/Surg areas as needed
No pending licenses accepted
Preferred
Open to nurses with prerequisite ICU experience and first-timers accepted
