Responsibilities
Shorten onboarding cycle time through improved mapping reuse, faster troubleshooting, and demonstrate 'automation-minded' execution: identify patterns across partner onboarding, recommend template standards, and reduce manual effort
Operate with strong responsiveness during business hours to support stakeholders and partner IT teams
Qualification
Required
Strong EDI mapping expertise
Capability of supporting a migration path from Trusted Link (TLI) to IBM ITXA / 'ITX Advanced'
Ability to execute fast onboarding/changes within strict timelines
Quality and hands-on mapping skills
Automation/self-service portal thinking
Preferred
Healthcare supply chain, distributor, hospital-system, or similarly complex B2B trading partner ecosystems (e.g., Walmart, CVS)
Prior experience helping design or implement automation for onboarding (templating, repeatable workflows, improved testing/validation)
Experience supporting large trading partner populations and long-lived maps maintained over many years
