1–4 years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace operations, office management, property management, hospitality operations, or a similar onsite support role
Hands-on experience supporting day-to-day office or workplace operations in a corporate environment
Experience with vendor coordination, including scheduling services, tracking completion, and resolving issues
Basic experience with invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and expense tracking, with the ability to review invoices for accuracy and cost-center coding
Familiarity with ticketing or request management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
