This internship will provide hands-on experience in commercial real estate investment, asset and property management, and acquisitions, involving various analytical support tasks and preparing reports for lenders and investors.

Learn commercial real estate investment, asset and property management, and acquisitions
Involved in all aspects of the business analytical support, lease analysis, modelling, asset management, contacting potential tenants for existing portfolio assets, assisting during the acquisitions due diligence process, and preparing various reports for lenders and investors
Qualification
Required
Understanding of real estate business and strong interest to work in the commercial real estate and investment industry
Pursuing a Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or Math/Science major
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Must be a team player capable of working in a collaborative environment, yet also able to work independently
Effective communications skills, both written and oral
Excellent computer skills. Excel, Word and PowerPoint a must
Preferred
Understanding of real estate business and strong interest to work in the commercial real estate and investment industry
Pursuing a Real Estate major
Knowing Argus is a plus
