Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise and develop DSPs to deliver person-centered care
Operations Management: Manage staffing schedules, approve timecards, and provide on-call support as needed
Compliance and Oversight: Ensure site adherence to 245D regulations and licensing standards
Administrative Support: Collaborate with guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers. Maintain records, budgets, and medication audits
Daily Site Management: Oversee meal planning, activities, and home maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 1+ year of leadership
Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including high behaviors
Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and meet other physical demands
Valid driver's license and insurance required
