Responsibilities

Design, document, and implement exhaustive end-to-end tests for public-facing API endpoints
Build and automate testing frameworks using Go (Golang)
Partner closely with backend engineers to ramp up on existing services and improve test coverage
Write high-quality, well-tested code aligned with production standards
Support scalable, service-oriented architectures with a focus on performance and reliability
Identify testing gaps and proactively reduce deployment risk

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in software engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Strong proficiency in Go / Golang (core requirement)
Proven experience with E2E or integration testing for APIs or backend services
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical decisions and tradeoffs
Ability to quickly ramp up on new systems and collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred

Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, etc.) is a plus
