Marketing And Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities
Research active construction projects using online plan rooms, bid sites, and public web sources
Identify projects aligned with Radius Track’s offerings and ideal customer profiles
Enter and maintain accurate account, contact, and project data in the CRM
Support Business Development Manager in qualifying leads and developing opportunities for the Sales department follow-up
Track and organize project intelligence, timelines, and key stakeholders
Support marketing campaigns focused on Radius Track’s Parts Online product line
Use analytics and digital insights (website traffic, email engagement, campaign performance) to help shape messaging and outreach strategies
Execute personal outreach via email, phone calls, and digital campaigns using CRM and marketing tools
Assist in building contact lists, segmenting audiences, and testing campaign performance
Support reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of campaigns
Support annual marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, website updates, and campaign launches
Assist in developing branded content across print and digital channels, working within the Radius Track brand standards
Work with the marketing team on creative assets, messaging, and visual materials
Help organize and maintain marketing content and digital assets within Radius Track’s Filecamp system to ensure assets are accessible, current, and aligned with brand standards
Support internal teams with locating and deploying approved marketing materials
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
0–3 years of relevant experience (internships and co-op experience welcomed)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong graphic sensibility
Comfort with research, data entry, and managing multiple tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Interest in architecture, construction, or the built environment
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems (Claritysoft or similar)
Familiarity with marketing tools such as: Website visitor identification, Lead Forensics is a plus
Email campaign tools, Claritysoft Engage a plus
SocialPilot or similar social media platforms
Basic experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, campaign reporting)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Familiarity with CMS platforms and website editing (Webflow a plus)
General comfort working with digital content libraries or asset systems (Filecamp or similar)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
