Senior LevelIMCS Group is seeking a new talent to join their Software Engineering team, collaborating on projects for one of the largest pharmacy chains in the United States. The role involves leading test automation efforts, enhancing quality engineering processes, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities
Utilizing quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions
Running an end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity
Being a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams
Design and implement automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
Mentor and support team members in best practices for test automation
Qualification
Required
Expert proficiency in Playwright is required
Design and implement automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
Mentor and support team members in best practices for test automation
Preferred
Advanced proficiency in Cypress.io Testing Framework is recommended
