The role involves transferring quality and batch-related data from the legacy QCLA system into SAP EBS, ensuring accurate and timely data migration for all shipped products.

Responsibilities
Perform daily data entry of quality and batch-related information from QCLA into SAP EBS
Enter CVA (Critical Value Attributes) data for all outbound shipments
Accurately transfer multiple test results per batch (typically 10–20 test results per batch)
Process a large backlog of historical batches (approximately 1,700 batches from 2025–2026)
Follow a Last In, First Out (LIFO) workflow, prioritizing the most recent batches first
Navigate SAP EBS and QCLA to locate required data; system training is not required, but confidence navigating screens is essential
Maintain accuracy and consistency while working at a steady data entry pace
Communicate progress and receive daily direction from the assigned lead
Qualification
Required
Prior data entry experience, preferably in a manufacturing, quality, or regulated environment
Working knowledge of or exposure to QCLA and SAP EBS (or similar ERP/QMS systems)
Comfortable navigating complex business management systems to locate and validate data
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage repetitive, detail-oriented work independently
Not hesitant to work directly within enterprise systems and databases
