Responsibilities
Responsible for elements of the IS Cybersecurity program, such as security checklists, Epic user access requests, GIVA queue management, and provide operational support for Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions
Qualification
Required
Associate's or bachelor's degree with Cybersecurity coursework or an equivalent combination of education, training or on the job experience Cybersecurity concepts may be considered in lieu of degree
0-2 years Information Systems job experience
Experience addressing user reported issues and recording more complex user requests for escalation to other teams or departments
Experience with user access management
Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite of user productivity tools
Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
Strong communication skills
Strong computer skills including excel and word
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds
Preferred
Security certification (Security+ or other equivalent) or obtains within 18 months of hire
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
