Responsibilities
Build and enhance automations, reports, and data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Power BI
Develop new digital solutions and improve existing ones for scalability, performance, and reliability
Transform raw data into meaningful insights through data modeling, visualization, and storytelling
Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
Explore and prototype AI-driven approaches to elevate automation, decision support, and predictive insights
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to gather requirements, validate outcomes, and deliver customer-ready solutions
Document designs, workflows, and changes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
Foundational skills in SQL, Python, and Power BI (DAX, data modeling, and dashboarding)
Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data quality, and pipeline optimization
Ability to analyze data trends and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail; comfortable iterating on feedback
Collaboration and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or Master's on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
Be available to work 40 hours per week during the summer or Co-Op term
Preferred
Familiarity with version control (Git), APIs/integration, basic AI/ML concepts, or cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP)
