Responsibilities
Support multiple clients concurrently in cohort-style delivery
Rapidly ramp into new environments with minimal oversight
Provide Cupid and/or Radiant build, optimization, and support
Apply strong revenue cycle awareness to all clinical workflows
Support high-priority initiatives from Product & Innovation teams (automation, AI, accelerated efforts)
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years Epic Cupid and/or Radiant analyst experience | Preference is to have both; however, Radiant is more important
Epic certification required in module supported (must be current)
Strong understanding of revenue cycle impact on clinical systems
Comfortable working across multiple clients simultaneously
Senior-level judgment, urgency, and adaptability
