Responsibilities
Collaborate with an assigned group of Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Designers, and Product Experts to stay up-to-date on product changes and releases
Gather information from multiple sources and turn it into written content that is helpful for users
Edit existing content to ensure that it adheres to our style guide and is consistent with HubSpot’s overall brand and voice
Review and take action on internal feedback
Make proactive, data-driven content decisions to improve the user experience of HubSpot’s documentation
Collaborate with other Technical Writers to maintain a written style guide
Take ownership of user experience and process improvement projects as needed
Qualification
Required
strong written communication skills
deep understanding of and empathy for HubSpot's users
ability to collaborate with an assigned group of Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Designers, and Product Experts
