Responsibilities
Manage and improve Configuration Management & CMDB processes in ServiceNow
Ensure CI data accuracy, standards, naming conventions, and compliance
Support change & configuration audits , identify unauthorized CI changes
Build dashboards and KPI reports for data-driven decisions
Collaborate with ITSM stakeholders to improve ITIL-based practices
Identify automation and efficiency opportunities using ServiceNow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
7+ years of Configuration Management (CMDB) experience
Strong ServiceNow experience (mandatory)
Preferred
Asset Management experience (preferred)
ITIL Foundation (preferred)
ITIL OSA / Service Operation Intermediate (preferred)
