IT Operations Manager (Healthcare Practice)
Madison Medical Group is building a modern healthcare organization designed for the future. They are seeking an Internal Operations & Technology Project Manager to coordinate projects across facilities, infrastructure, and technology, ensuring seamless operations across multiple medical locations.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across multiple medical office locations, including renovations, expansions, and new site openings
Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement, and deliverables from planning through completion
Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Manage delivery and installation of materials, furniture, and equipment
Track dependencies across facilities, IT, and operations to ensure alignment
Develop project documentation, status updates, and SOPs
Partner with contractors, electricians, cabling teams, and architects to ensure buildouts meet healthcare, ADA, and safety standards
Oversee installation of infrastructure including network cabling, security systems, access control, AV, and smart building features
Manage on-site logistics, daily contractor activity, and delivery schedules
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality
Coordinate setup, rollout, and maintenance of systems including: Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
Network and Wi-Fi infrastructure
VOIP phone systems (RingCentral or similar)
Security cameras, access control, and smart locks
Manage IT, telecom, and security vendors
Ensure proper installation, configuration, and documentation of systems
Maintain HIPAA compliance, data security, and organizational standards
Support integration of systems and workflows across multiple sites
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve communication, and reduce costs
Standardize infrastructure, IT, and facility practices
Coordinate staff communication, training, and support during transitions and technology rollouts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of experience managing technology, operations, or facility-related projects (healthcare preferred)
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
Working knowledge of network and telecom systems
Working knowledge of office buildouts or construction coordination
Working knowledge of EMR systems (CureMD, Athena, or similar)
Strong project coordination, vendor management, and communication skills
Familiarity with HIPAA, cybersecurity, and physical security best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of experience managing technology, operations, or facility-related projects (healthcare preferred)
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
Working knowledge of network and telecom systems
Working knowledge of office buildouts or construction coordination
Working knowledge of EMR systems (CureMD, Athena, or similar)
Strong project coordination, vendor management, and communication skills
Familiarity with HIPAA, cybersecurity, and physical security best practices
