Responsibilities
Leading the design and analysis of bridge and structural transportation projects
Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to bridge and transportation staff
Preparing and reviewing bridge plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
Coordinating with clients , agencies, and stakeholders, including DOTs and local jurisdictions
Overseeing load ratings, inspections, and rehabilitation or replacement strategies
Supporting construction administration, inspections, and field reviews as needed
Leading business development efforts , including proposal preparation and client engagement
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university (Structural emphasis preferred)
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
10+ years of experience in bridge and structural transportation engineering
Experience with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications
Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams
Strong client relationship management and business development experience
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience living or working in Montana is a plus
