Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technology projects, including hardware, software, and system implementations across the organization
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and testing to ensure new systems and restaurant locations are fully operational before launch
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Food & Beverage, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Oversee Point-of-Sale ecosystems, online ordering platforms, and omni-channel sales initiatives within a multi-unit environment
Mentor, coach, and support IT team members while managing workloads, priorities, and on-call support during critical rollouts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects in complex, fast-paced environments
Hands-on experience with POS systems, online ordering platforms, ERP, HR systems, and Microsoft-based technologies
Strong ability to document and manage business and technical requirements while translating needs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, work independently, and proactively resolve issues
