Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership, including performance reviews, attendance, and welfare management
Support scheduling and resource allocation to meet quality and time objectives
Develop team competence through structured induction, training plans, and ongoing skills assessments
Ensure readiness of resources for timely commencement of testing
Deliver accurate test reports
Maintain operational excellence and KPIs such as report lead-time, error logging, and resource utilization
Collaborate with Commercial Teams to resolve technical and client issues on current and upcoming projects
Contribute to capital equipment evaluations and new service development initiatives
Uphold Quality and Accreditation standards, promptly addressing non-compliances
Engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Mentor and train OTA technical and administrative staff to maintain competency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of successful OTA leadership experience
Proficiency in RF disciplines and antenna/RF principles
Hands on experience with active and passive antenna testing
Ability to manage complex OTA test projects
Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative teams
Balanced technical judgment and commercial awareness
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Expertise in CTIA OTA Test Methodology and familiarity with CTIA working group structures, test plans, and audit requirements
Knowledge of 3GPP and ETSI standards
Ability to make CAPEX recommendations based on industry trends and wireless technology advancements
Experience managing ISO17025 quality documentation and CTIA technical requirements
