Desktop Support Engineer
Take2 Consulting, LLC is seeking an End User Services (EUS) Specialist for onsite Tier II technical support at Randolph AFB. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective ticket management in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities
Resolve escalated hardware, software, OS, and network issues
Provide onsite deskside and remote support as needed
Troubleshoot conference room tech, VTC, and audio-visual equipment
Diagnose and fix printer issues (network and standalone)
Install and configure approved software and peripherals
Support DoD configuration of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) mobile devices
Manage equipment moves, additions, changes, and relocations
Monitor and prioritize ServiceNow queues based on impact and urgency
Document all work and ensure resolutions meet SLA targets
Escalate complex issues to Tier III teams and contribute to knowledge base
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of end-user/desktop support experience (Tier II preferred)
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570 IAT II compliant)
Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, software configuration, and ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems)
Preferred
Experience with DoD mobile device configurations
Background supporting government or military environments
Knowledge of conference room technologies and VTC equipment
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, onsite settings
