Previous very strong experience as a PM that has led testing efforts
Need to be able to speak to, demonstrate testing to end users (non-technical people)
Managed Unit, End to End, Payroll Parallel and User Acceptance testing on least 5 full-suite Workday HCM implementations
Experience with testing Workday integrations, reports
Knowledge of WD business processes
