Responsibilities
The Compliance Analyst logs and assigns data requests, creates response templates and folder structures, finalizes and sanitizes response documents, submits data responses, and performs closeout activities
Responsibilities include maintaining database quality, tracking due dates and status, performing data quality checks, and identifying process gaps or data issues with recommended solutions
In the Quality Control function, the analyst reviews narratives and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with standards, identifies and marks confidential information, applies confidentiality review processes, and ensures audit-ready documentation
This role may also participate in business process improvement, technology administration, and data governance initiatives
Qualification
Required
Data analysis and data entry
Compliance documentation and quality control
Records management and audit-ready documentation
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Confidential information handling
Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of related experience as a Data Analyst or Quality Control Analyst
Only candidates currently residing in the Bay Area / near Oakland, CA will be considered
Assignment requires onsite presence at the Oakland General Office
Preferred
Regulatory or compliance experience
Audit, assurance, legal, risk, or records management background
Data governance or quality control experience
