Responsibilities
Fabricate, maintain, and repair molds, tooling, and metalworking dies
Tear down, rebuild, and troubleshoot mold issues (flashing, galling, venting, cooling—you know the drill)
Operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and other precision equipment
Ensure every component meets tight dimensional and visual specs
Keep clear records and communicate directly with the Molding Manager
Suggest design tweaks or material improvements that boost efficiency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of mold or toolmaking experience
Strong understanding of molding processes and troubleshooting
Mastery in blueprint reading and precision measurement
Mechanical know-how and math skills that make the difference
Ability to handle the physical side—standing, lifting, climbing, and bending
Preferred
Bonus points for pharmaceutical, ISO, or injection molding experience
