Responsibilities
Establish the UI/UX standards, processes, and design system that become foundational to our product organization
Build repeatable workflows that support discovery, prototyping, and high‑quality delivery
Evolve our Figma design system (components, tokens, variants, libraries)
Lead end‑to‑end design across platforms, from customer‑facing tools to developer experiences
Drive continuous discovery and user research
Translate insights into intuitive web and mobile experiences that solve real user problems
Grow, mentor, and inspire a team of product designers
Create a culture centered on usability, accessibility, and customer outcomes
Provide coaching, feedback, and support career progression
Qualification
Required
5+ years in product, UX, or interaction design for SaaS/B2B software
Experience managing designers or leading cross‑functional work
Strong end‑to‑end portfolio, from discovery through high‑fidelity UI
Figma expert with deep system‑level design experience
Skilled in user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and testing
Comfortable building structure from ambiguity
Passion for solving complex problems in fast‑moving environments
Preferred
