The repair technician is responsible for the repair and service of personal computers
Accurate diagnosis of issues and first-time fix are key to meeting the customers service level
PC repair experience required, working in a fast-paced environment and willing to work a flexible schedule is a must along with work in areas outside of the repair station
All other duties as assigned by the Lenovo/USFC Management Team to include Supervisors, Leads, etc
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be 18+ years old
Proficient in English
PC repair experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
