Responsibilities

Develop, write, and finalize ISO 45001 procedures and documentation
Ensure safety content aligns with U.S. & Canadian regulatory standards and is globally scalable
Partner closely with EHS, Operations & Legal to refine and validate procedures
Maintain documentation structure, version control, and consistency across all materials

Qualification

ISO 45001 documentationU.S. & Canadian safety regulationsSafety programsTechnical writingCollaboration

Required

Experience with ISO 45001 documentation, safety programs, or management system standards
Strong understanding of U.S. & Canadian safety regulatory requirements
Excellent technical writing and editing skills
Ability to simplify complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance
