Responsibilities
Translate complex business requirements from Fintech stakeholders into scalable Salesforce FSC configurations
Lead the declarative development process: architecting complex Flows, Object Configurations, and Advanced Permissions
Configure FSC-specific modules such as the Relationship Builder, Rollup Summary Fields, and Wealth Management/Banking consoles
Conduct workshops, document user stories, and lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions
Advise the client on Salesforce best practices to minimise technical debt
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Business Analyst
Hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC implementation
Mastery of Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools
Strong communication skills in English to interact with European and Middle Eastern clients
Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud/Salesforce Consultant certifications
Fluent English (C1 is required), with experience working in international, multicultural teams
