Responsibilities

The role is focused on ABM(Account-Based Marketing): Experience running targeted Demand Generation campaigns for specific high-value accounts, usually closely aligned with sales
Lead comprehensive Demand Generation strategy and planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and post-event activities, prioritizing account-based marketing strategies
Manage event logistics vendors and Demand Generation project schedules and workflows, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
Collect and analyze program results, providing insights to improve future ABM initiatives and event tactics
Drive account list development and research efforts to inform ABM prioritization and strategy
Offer recommendations on ABM segmentation, engagement plays, and test-and-learn approaches based on performance data

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Over 5 years of experience in demand generation, with a focus on large-scale virtual and in-person events in a senior strategic capacity
Own end-to-end execution of assigned events, including planning, logistics, vendor management, budgets, on-site/virtual execution, and post-event follow-up, with an ABM-first approach
ABM (Account-Based Marketing): Experience running targeted campaigns for specific high-value accounts, usually closely aligned with sales
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills
Comfortable adapting to ambiguity and managing change efficiently
Calm under pressure with solid problem-solving abilities
Data-driven approach with skills to analyze results and recommend improvements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and collaboration tools
