Customer Success Manager
Strata Company is a direct mail organization with over 30 years of experience helping brands connect with their customers. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will manage client relationships, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure clients receive consistent value from their marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive, consistent experience
Manage active campaigns from kickoff through execution, coordinating with production, data, technology, and operations teams
Partner closely with Sales Executives to support account growth, expansion opportunities, and client strategy
Translate client needs into clear internal requirements and timelines
Ensure accuracy across campaign details, schedules, and deliverables
Proactively identify risks, issues, or delays and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
Support onboarding of new clients and campaigns, ensuring smooth handoffs from sales
Educate clients on best practices related to direct mail execution, timelines, and campaign optimization
Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and updates in CRM and internal systems
Contribute insights back to Sales and leadership regarding client trends, needs, and opportunities
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services
Direct mail, print, or marketing services industry experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of campaign execution, timelines, and production coordination
Experience with project or task management tools (Planner, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar)
Proficient in the Microsoft ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, production, data, and technology teams
Experience with CRM tools and internal workflow systems
Preferred
Martech or data familiarity is a plus, but not required
