IntePros is seeking a Quality & Testing Program Manager to support the Private Brands – NA Consumables team in developing laboratory testing protocols for shampoo products. This role focuses on creating, reviewing, and managing performance testing protocols while coordinating with external partners globally.

Responsibilities

Create protocols for laboratory testing of shampoo products
Review and standardize testing protocols from third-party labs
Align testing approaches with customer complaints and performance needs
Ensure comprehensive performance testing coverage
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation
Review and refine protocols for clarity and completeness
Manage approximately 250+ protocols from different labs
Reach out to third-party labs to obtain testing protocols
Coordinate across multiple external partners
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Manage high-volume deliverables within tight timelines
Identify gaps between customer experiences and testing coverage
Review holistic processes and recommend workflow improvements
Operate as a hands-on contributor with minimal ramp-up time

Required

Experience in quality, testing, or compliance within consumer products, CPG, or a related industry
Familiarity with laboratory testing environments and performance testing methodologies
Strong documentation review and technical writing skills
Proven ability to manage high-volume deliverables under tight timelines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to coordinate across multiple external partners
Strong analytical skills
4–5 years of general project management experience
Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree preferred
Background as a quality technician, quality manager, or project manager

Preferred

Lab experience
Exposure to private label or retailer-owned brands
Experience working with third-party labs or certification bodies
Experience supporting global or multi-region programs
