Responsibilities

Develop and implements quality system documentation to address customer and standards requirements
Prepares detailed presentations and analyses data to objectively present complex information in a professional matter
Maintains the AS9100 and AS13100 standards implemented throughout all processes
Coaching direct and indirect teams
Employee training and awareness
Ensure FOD program is in place
Prepares gap analysis and leads the effective implementation of customer specific requirements
Conducts process and system audits
Conducts shop-floor / LPA focused audits
Leads the effective implementation of corrective actions from internal audits and quality system improvements
Supports external audits – certification bodies and customers
Performs all other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree (in engineering preferred)
5 years of experience in automotive or aerospace manufacturing/assembly operations, quality, Compliance preferably in Aerospace and Defense
Ability to understand and implement customer specific requirements
Ability to understand and implement standards
Excellent proven problem-solving skills, systemic approach mindset, detail-oriented use of structured problem-solving approach – Ishikawa, 3 legs 5 whys
Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
AS9100 certified auditor
Proficient in AS9100 and IATF16949 requirements and ability to implement them in manufacturing environment
APQP, SPC, MSA, 8D Problem Solving, PFMEAs, Control Plans and PPAPs experience or very high level of knowledge
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel and Microsoft package
Exceptional level of commitment, independence and leadership skills
Fostering Teamwork & Diversity: a high level of interpersonal skills is required to handle difficult situations as well as to diffuse interpersonal conflict effectively
