Customer Operations and Logistics Specialist
Remx is seeking a Customer Operations & Logistics Specialist to join their global team. In this role, you will manage sales orders, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate with international teams to improve processes and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Manage sales orders in an ERP system
Handle licenses, returns, replacements, and exchanges
Review freight and customs invoices
Work with third-party logistics partners (warehouse & shipping)
Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone/email
Maintain ticketing systems and documentation
Help build, improve, and streamline processes
Deliver a top-notch customer experience
Qualification
Required
3+ years in customer service, operations, or supply chain
Experience working with global teams or time zones
Comfortable working independently and juggling priorities
Strong problem-solver with a “let's figure it out” mindset
Thrives in startup or scaling environments
