Hatch Grid is an internationally recognized HR consultancy firm, and they are seeking a Commercial Analyst Intern for Summer 2026. The intern will work cross-functionally with various teams to enhance customer experience and tackle significant business challenges.

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with teams including operations, marketing, and product to drive customer experience and contribute to solving some of the toughest problems
Consider new methods or ways to reach the target audience
Develop a new model/process
Evaluate new revenue streams

Required

Must be planning for degree completion between August 2026 –June 2027
Must have U.S. Work Authorization and does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
Must be in commutable distance from or willing to relocate to a designated office
Must be willing to work in-office (days and frequency determined by hiring manager and based on intern programming)
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated experience

Preferred

Pursuing a bachelor's degree, or higher, in a highly numerate field (Math, Econ, MIS, etc.)
Familiarity working with Excel & SQL (or other similar coding language)
Proficient in synthesizing and summarizing information and datasets for the purpose of presentations, both written and verbal
Strong communication skills & excellent relationship management
Experience working as both an individual contributor and as a collaborator in team environments
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
Interest in learning consumer technology, sports & entertainment, or the gaming industry preferred
