Responsibilities

Define and steward design vision, visual systems, and interaction language

Lead high-quality digital design from concept through launch across web, mobile, and tablet

Set and maintain a high craft bar across teams and deliverables

Partner cross-functionally on planning, scoping, and execution

Oversee art direction, implementation-ready assets, and visual QA

Manage and mentor senior and multidisciplinary design teams

Support new-business efforts and contribute to agency thought leadership

Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
