Responsibilities

Supervise a cable assembly shop of 10 people over two facilities
Assemble both wiring harness, copper and fiber optic data assemblies
Oversee the process of assembly workers
Do quotations, create drawings, allocate work orders, establish or verify piece work pay is in line with expectations, quality control, and take a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency
Be expected to step in and do bench work or support work as much as 50 % of the time
