Die Cast Process Engineer
TriMark is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Process Engineer to help elevate our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll analyze processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement improvements that directly impact productivity, quality, safety, and cost.

Responsibilities
Develops, optimizes, and improves manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
Partners with cross‑functional teams to implement new technologies, equipment, and processes
Drives root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
Identifies and executes process‑improvement initiatives that reduce cost, minimize waste, and increase efficiency
Monitors process performance metrics and implements solutions to meet or exceed targets
Provides technical support and troubleshooting for process‑related issues
Creates and maintains all process documentation (APQP, work instructions, tooling documentation, gage instructions, setup sheets, etc.)
Supports design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new and existing products
Manages tooling needs within assigned manufacturing areas (molds, dies, fixtures, gages, etc.)
Ensures projects are delivered on time, on spec, and on budget
Maintains strong communication and collaboration with all internal partners
Analyze production procedures and standards to identify opportunities for improvement
Spend time on the production floor evaluating workflow, equipment usage, labor practices, and safety to identify ways to streamline processes
Support compliance with government regulations (EPA, OSHA, etc.)
Develop and maintain documentation for integrating new products into production
Evaluate part designs, tolerances, and tooling requirements; recommend modifications as needed
Optimize processes to lower cost and improve quality, safety, and productivity
Provide documentation and technical files to Maintenance & Facilities prior to project completion
Track and measure the performance of new processes; report results to the Manufacturing Manager
Promote continuous improvement, compliance with quality (QMS) and environmental systems (EMS), and adherence to TriMark’s mission, vision, and values
Participate in new‑product design reviews and cross‑functional meetings
