Accounting Support / Administrative Assistant
Next Generation Management and Accounting Services is looking for an Accounting Support / Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and accounting support to the accounting team. The role involves maintaining homeowner accounting, document management, and general administrative functions.

Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining and reviewing homeowner ledgers
Scan and organize correspondence and financial documents
Print and prepare checks as directed by the accounting team
Scan and properly document homeowner payments
Assist with the preparation and processing of attorney disbursement letters
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
Support accounting and management teams with special projects and daily tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Proficiency with scanning, document management, and office equipment
Preferred
Basic understanding of accounting or financial processes preferred
