Responsibilities
Build end-to-end workflows from data integration to decision tools using Foundry
Work directly with client stakeholders of all levels (CxOs, product leads, data teams) to uncover opportunities and deliver business value
Lead engineering teams on high visibility projects, from beginning to end
Shape our engineering culture, delivery model, and future product direction
Qualification
Required
Strong software engineering background (e.g., Python, Spark, TypeScript)
Deep understanding of data modelling, ontologies, and operational workflows
Ability to lead engineering teams in complex client environments
Consulting mindset: able to speak business and tech with various types of stakeholders
Startup energy: proactive, independent, high-output with attention to quality
End-to-end experience with Palantir Foundry / AIP
Preferred
Broad exposure matters more than years: two years across many use cases (from Data Connection to Ontology-aware apps) beats five years doing only data pipelines at one place
You can work independently with clients, without close supervision
