Administrative Assistant

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support office operations and leadership effectively
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally handle inquiries and coordinate with internal and external contacts
Experience with Clerical Skills, including scheduling, organizing files, and managing documents
Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with general office equipment
Preferred
Prior experience in a construction or related industry is an advantage but not required
