Provide exceptional customer service to clients, agents, lenders, and internal partners
Assist with ordering payoffs, HOAs, utilities, and other escrow‑related items
Help maintain accurate file documentation and workflow organization
Manage multiple tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and motivated professional

Support escrow officers with file preparation, communication, and follow-through
