Site Reliability Manager, TurnUp Org
Google is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Site Reliability Manager for their TurnUp Org. This role involves managing the infrastructure and software stack to ensure reliability and performance of Google Cloud services while collaborating with various teams to optimize systems and handle complex challenges.

Responsibilities
Partner with customer teams to drive capacity delivery
Design and build frameworks, software, and tooling for fast, reliable deployments
Implement intricate mitigation strategies to handle complex outages
Monitor, instrument, and analyze dozens of interconnected systems for efficiency gains, resiliency, and predictability
Model sustainable incident response and painless postmortems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience with system designs
3 years of experience as a Site Reliability engineer
3 years of experience managing people or teams
3 years of experience designing and developing infrastructure or distributed systems
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
5 years of experience programming in one of the following languages (e.g., Python or Go)
5 years of experience in distributed systems
3 years of experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems
