Responsibilities
Delivering engaging product demonstrations that help customers understand the platform and its potential for tailored solutions
Acting as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert throughout onboarding and hypercare
Leading customers through configuration, implementation, and early adoption
Translating customer requirements into clear, actionable configuration and solution opportunities
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of software product functionality and how UI behaviour maps to backend processes
Confident communicator able to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Experience delivering product demonstrations in a clear, credible, and engaging way
Ability to apply system configuration principles using industry knowledge, product expertise, and customer requirements
Significant customer management experience, including interpreting complex requirements and identifying solution opportunities
Experience working with integrations or implementations of cloud‑based systems
Preferred
Experience with complex software platforms requiring tailored client solutions
Familiarity with Jira, VSTS, or similar tools
Understanding of project management fundamentals
