8+ years expaspexx.build is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing execution on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects across the United States. This role is responsible for field leadership, coordination, and delivery of complex MEP systems on high-value projects where quality, safety, and schedule are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities
Lead all MEP field operations from mobilization through commissioning and turnover
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls trades
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and startup of mission-critical systems
Drive schedule adherence and resolve constructability issues in real time
Ensure compliance with contract documents, QA/QC standards, and safety requirements
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, and Commissioning Agents
Manage subcontractor performance, manpower, and sequencing
Maintain detailed field documentation, inspections, and progress reporting
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MEP construction supervision
Direct experience on at least one project valued at $50M or greater
Proven background in data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale construction
Strong understanding of electrical systems (medium voltage, UPS, generators) and mechanical systems (chillers, CRAHs, cooling infrastructure)
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BIM models
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience on hyperscale or colocation data center projects
Familiarity with commissioning processes and integrated systems testing
OSHA 30 certification
Willingness to travel or relocate for project assignments
