Responsibilities
Supporting 700+ end users
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server OS, Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), SharePoint & Exchange Online
Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Microsoft Entra, and AutoPilot
Strong understanding of virtualization platforms (VMWare, Citrix) and cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
Knowledge of network standards and protocols
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience
8 years of systems administration experience supporting 700+ end users
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server OS, Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), SharePoint & Exchange Online
Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Microsoft Entra, and AutoPilot
Strong understanding of virtualization platforms (VMWare, Citrix) and cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
