Advanced level application development skillsets including analysis, design and development within Microsoft .Net environment
Coding experience in .Net framework with MVC including C#, VB.net, JavaScript and Bootstrap
Experience applying accessibility and security standards to custom applications
Experience developing applications with relational databases including designing, writing stored procedures, performance tuning and SQL (Oracle preferred/SQL Server)
Experience working in Azure DevOps/GIT including keeping work items updated, code management and CI/CD
Experience working at DNR or in another Government agency
Experience working with Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, etc
Experience with GIS, especially Esri JavaScript APIs
Qualification
Required
