Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Duck Creek Billing implementations and upgrades, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations
Provide technical leadership to a mid-size team of developers, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices
Develop and maintain upgrade roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and upgrade phases
Guide the team in scoping, estimating, and delivering high-quality solutions
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and competency building within the team
Support solution architects in technical design and decision-making for mid-to-large-scale projects
Capable of providing Production Support and mentoring junior developers in effectively identifying, analyzing, and resolving production issues
Qualification
Required
