Director Clinic Operations - Administration
Talent Bridge is seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee multi-provider physician practices. This role is responsible for clinic operations, staff management, budgeting, financial performance, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality patient services across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
Lead daily operations for physician practices with multiple providers, staff, and locations
Develop and implement operational goals, policies, and procedures
Prepare and manage clinic operating and capital budgets
Supervise, train, evaluate, and support administrative and clinical staff
Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and corrective actions
Monitor clinic financial performance, productivity, and expenditures
Identify cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement opportunities
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and internal policies
Serve as liaison between providers, staff, leadership, and external agencies
Coordinate practice development initiatives with regional and marketing teams
Maintain accurate reporting for fiscal, statistical, and planning purposes
Promote effective communication, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture
Support quality patient care, service excellence, and patient satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Proven experience managing physician practices or healthcare operations
Strong knowledge of clinic budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle processes
Ability to lead large teams across multiple sites
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience handling complex customer service and operational issues
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
